Visa Letter Request Form

Please note: You must be registered for the tournament you wish to attend prior to submitting your Visa Letter Request. Participants unable to attend due to Visa issues will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing prior to the event and should include a copy of the rejection or refusal letter.
