Sponsorship registration is now separate from vendor registration. Companies interested in sponsorship benefits, including tradeshow space, advertising, event recognition, and additional marketing opportunities, should complete our 2027 Sponsorship Form. Our team will review your submission and provide a customized sponsorship proposal for your consideration.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booth locations can be reserved after at least 50% of the amount due is collected. All balances must be paid in full by February 4, 2027. All booth location reservations may be forfeited if payment is not received in full by February 4, 2027.

You will be contacted by show management when it is your turn to select a booth location.

A late fee of 10% will be charged on balances remaining after February 4, 2027.

Cancellations received by February 4, 2027 will receive a full refund minus any processing fees, if applicable. Booths cancelled after February 4, 2027 will be refunded 50% of the original cost. Cancellations must be received in writing by the organizer by February 4, 2027. Multi-show discounts will be forfeited.

Booths will be refunded 100% of the original cost if the event is canceled. Multi-show discounts will be forfeited.
