The Tradeshow will be located in the Paris Ballroom (Subject to Change with Notice).
All Shoot Offs will begin at or after 6:00PM to allow vendors time to tear down.

​Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booth locations can be reserved after at least 50% of the amount due is collected. All balances must be paid in full by February 9, 2026. All booth location reservations may be forfeited if payment is not received in full by February 9 2026.

You will be contacted by show management when it is your turn to select a booth location.

A late fee of 10% will be charged on balances remaining after February 9, 2026.

Cancellations received by February 9, 2026 will receive a full refund minus any processing fees, if applicable. Booths cancelled after February 9, 2026 will be refunded 50% of the original cost. Cancellations must be received in writing by the organizer by February 9, 2026. Multi-show discounts will be forfeited.
