Eligibility Criteria

Rookie Criteria

Must not have attended The Vegas Shoot in 2020 or 2022-2025.

Mentor Criteria

Must have attended The Vegas Shoot in 2025, or at least twice within the past 10 years, not including the 2021 Virtual Vegas Shoot.
Must complete the Grow the Line Application Form prior to event registration.
Must actively guide and support their rookie before, during, and after the event by offering advice, answering questions, and helping them navigate the full Vegas Shoot experience.

Program Rules

Application Requirement: Mentors must submit a completed application prior to the registration of either themselves or their rookie(s). Discounted registration codes will not be issued retroactively.

Rookie Assignment: Rookies interested in the Grow the Line program who do not yet have a mentor are welcome to submit their information using the Mentor Application Form. Event staff will then work to match them with a suitable mentor.

Issuance of Discount Codes: Upon approval of the application, both the mentor and rookie(s) will be provided with single-use coupon codes via email to use toward registration for the 2026 Vegas Shoot. These codes must be used at the time of registration. All codes will be verified to ensure proper usage by the designated participants.

Cancellations and Replacement Policy: If either the mentor or a rookie cancels their event registration after the discount has been applied, the remaining participant(s) must secure a replacement prior to the event Late Registration Deadline to maintain eligibility for the discounted rate. Failure to secure a replacement will result in forfeiture of the discount.

Mentor Capacity: Each mentor may be assigned a maximum of five rookies.

Mentor Age Requirement: Mentors must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals age 17 or under may still participate as a “Mini Mentor”, but must have a parent or legal guardian designated as their “Mentor Supervisor.” The Mentor Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for the Mini Mentor. A Mentor Supervisor may not be listed on multiple applications.

Mentor Application Form
