Not to miss activities at The Vegas Shoot 2019

Archers from all around the world have started their practice for The Vegas Shoot 2019 at the South Point Hotel and Casino.

Late registration and check-in opened at 1:00PM on Wednesday, 6 February and will continue until Thursday, 7 February at 10:00AM. That’s the last chance for those who haven’t yet registered to do so.


From practice to shooting, to trade show and seminars, there’s more than just shooting at the 53rd annual Vegas Shoot.


Practice


For those registered in the Championship divisions or those who added the 24-hour practice, the practice range is open all day and all night. Because, let’s face it, every arrow counts in Vegas.


Trade Show


The best archery manufacturers meet at The Trade Show, which competitors and visitors can visit for free from Thursday, February 7 at 11:00AM until the last day of competition on Sunday.


Seminars


From Thursday to Saturday, 14 seminars will be held during competition, some of which require previous registration at The Vegas Shoot check-in desks.


Intro to mental management, performance under pressure, bulletproof your shot, archers USA, training to win, archery photography, master the mental system, super tuning your bow and being still are the topics this year.

NFAA & Break the Barriers Inclusive ProAm


The first inclusive ProAm Exhibition will feature Break the Barriers’ veterans and adults of varying abilities shooting with top professionals from around the world.


The event will take place on February 8 at 5:00PM in the Championship Arena, and it will consist of shooting a 15-arrow Vegas round, with the X counting as 11 points.


The ProAm Exhibition is free and open to all public, with different prizes for spectators.


Junior awards ceremony


The Vegas Shoot awards its first titles on Saturday to the junior divisions, who only shoot on Friday and Saturday. The ceremony takes place in the main Championship Arena, just before the Indoor Archery World Series, at 7:00PM.


Indoor Archery World Series Final


The Indoor Archery World Series consists of five open-entry qualifying events for recurve and compound indoor divisions, for both men and women.


Vegas acts as its last stage and grand finale, which will take place on Saturday, February 9 at 08:00PM in the main Championship Arena.


The Vegas Shoot Offs


The big event, the moment where the champions are crowned will be hosted on Sunday, February 10 at 5:30PM.


It’s a popular event so make sure you arrive on time to guarantee yourself a place in the stands in the Championship Arena.
