#VegasShoot2026

Any incident requiring immediate decision must be brought to the attention of a judge in your assigned shooting room. All protests must be submitted in writing to the Tournament Director within one hour of the conclusion of the round where the incident occurred, accompanied by $50 USD. The Tournament Rules Committee will convene approximately 1 hour after the last scoring end of each day to decide the outcome of each protest.
All decisions of the Tournament Rules Committee will be final. The $50 protest fee will be returned if the Tournament Rules Committee rules in favor of the protest. No protests are allowed during shoot offs; judges decisions are final.
The award ceremony for the Championship divisions will take place directly following the Championship Shoot Off on Sunday evening. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for all Championship divisions (not participating in a shoot-off) should report to the floor at the beginning of the shoot-off. Assigned seating will be provided. If an award winner is not present or late for the ceremony, we will present your division without you!
New for 2025! Championship archers who are receiving an award are required to attend the Championship Awards on Sunday, March 9 or will be subject to a $500 reduction in prize money.
There will not be an award ceremony for the Flight divisions.
Scholarships must be used towards higher education and are submitted directly to the eduational institution.
Ready to use your scholarship? Submit the Scholarship Request form to request your funds. Please allow 30 days for processing.
Not yet old enough for college or higher education? Not a problem! We track all scholarships until you are ready. Good news – you have more chances to win at The Vegas Shoot in the future and can add additional winnings towards your scholarship fund.
Each shooting lane is approximately 30" wide. This may vary slightly due to room size and measuring variance.
The Collegiate Scholarship program is open to all full-time students at a two- or four-year university or technical school. Current high school students are not eligible. To be eligible, collegiate student-athletes must hold a NFAA Collegiate Membership and pay the $25 collegiate add-on during event registration. Learn more about the NFAA Collegiate Program.
The scores from the first two days of competition will decide the collegiate results. Archers can participate in the Flight or Championship divisions at The Vegas Shoot, but will be ranked for collegiate purposes in divisions of Male and Female - Compound, Recurve, Bowhunter, and Recurve Barebow.
The top three student-athletes in each division will receive scholarships for use towards higher education.
Schools will also be ranked on a cumulative team score. The top score from each school in each of the equipment divisions (Compound, Recurve, Bowhunter, and Recurve Barebow - Male or Female) will be used to create the cumulative team score. The top three schools will receive travel scholarships for their team or club.
The Vegas Shoot does not provide bow stands in any of the practice or competition areas. Please bring your own bow pod or bow stand, if necessary.
Yes — a staff member is present in Bow Storage during open hours, and the room is locked after hours, with security patrolling the area for added safety.
Venue assignments will be determined based on projected registration numbers. Further details will be shared as soon as they become available.
