After two days of competition, 66 archers still had perfect scores across all divisions.
The Championship Compound Open field saw 44 perfect scores. Kyle Douglas and Bodie Turner were the only two remaining 'completely' clean with 600 and 60x.
Robert Householder, from Alabama was one of those still clean. "Yep, today felt pretty good. Shot a 29X today. Right now, there's another line after us to shoot, but shots are feeling good, so we've got day three tomorrow. See if we can do the same thing," said the 32-year-old.
Christopher Perkins, the 2018 Vegas champ and a frequent finalist, said: "The last couple of days were a little stressful. Today was a lot better. Shots felt a lot more smooth. Yesterday was super choppy. It just didn't feel right. Nothing really kind of fell into a groove. So, you know, go back, shoot a little practice, and just kind of smooth things out for tomorrow and, you know, hopefully clinch that 900."
Of the big names, by far the biggest shock was world number one Mathias Fullerton, the 2024 champion and a finalist in 2025 falling away with a 'miss' (a nine), to finish Saturday on 599. "I don't know [what happened]." said an emotional Fullerton. "Yeah, I don't know. Pretty devastated. I got to think about that one. I think it was just one of those, one out of, I don't know, 5,000 shots."
The Championship Compound Female class saw a record 11 archers finishing clean – you can read more details about that historic event here.

Brady Ellison leads the Championship Recurve Male division with 592 and 36x, with France's Thomas Chirault and Mexico's Mathias Grande on 591. Read more about Brady here. Last year's winner, Casey Kaufhold moved into first place ahead of the last day in Championship Recurve Female with 589, ahead of France's Victoria Sebastian, Mexico's Angela Ruiz and the Netherlands' Gabi Schloesser, all on 587.
