92 perfect scores on the first scoring day of the 2025 Vegas Shoot

At the end of the first day of competition, 92 archers posted perfect 300s at the Paris and Horseshoe venues, with several classes still to shoot.

The Championship Open field saw 62 total perfect scores, including champions like Bodie Turner, Kyle Douglas, Mike Schloesser, Kris Schaff, Dave Cousins, and Jimmy Lutz.

Defending champion Mathias Fullerton laid down a huge marker on top of the field with a 30x 300, as did Bodie Turner.

The Championship Open Female class saw 14 archers finishing clean on the first day, including defending champion Tanja Gellenthien, along with archers including Andrea Becerra, Linda Ochoa-Anderson, Paige Pearce, Sara Lopez, Ella Gibson, and Toja Ellison.

France's Thomas Chirault leads the Championship Recurve Male division with 298, with Brazil's Ana Caetano leading the women's list with 294, just ahead of Casey Kaufhold with 293. The Championship Barebow class is led by the USA's Zackary Bisinger with a score of 286. Bisinger led at the same point in the 2024 competition.
