Claim Your Tickets to PH Live!

Vendors & Sponsors

Vendors and sponsors will have their Finals tickets handled separately. Seats have been reserved and will be manually assigned by our team.

Our staff will confirm ticket quantities and seating preferences with each vendor. Once finalized, tickets will be sent via email or text (your choice) and can be used digitally for entry.

If you would like reserved sponsor or vendor seating and have a vendor credential, please wait to reserve your ticket with our staff directly.

Registered Archers & Spectators

All registered archers and spectators have received an email with a unique access code to claim their Finals ticket.

To reserve your seat:

1. Visit the ticket registration page

2. Enter your unique access code

3. Select your seat

   
   

Seats are first-come, first-served, so we recommend claiming your ticket as soon as possible.

Didn’t receive your email? Stop by the Event Help Desk and our team can assist with looking up your code.

Important Notes for Ticket Selection

• Each ticket request is tied to your unique ID, allowing one ticket per entry

• This ensures all paid archers and spectators have the opportunity to attend

• Want to sit with friends or family? Coordinate ahead of time and select seats together

Made a mistake? Let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to adjust your selection. Important: If there is an error on your ticket, do not accept the ticket from Ticketmaster. Once accepted, tickets cannot be recalled or modified.

How You Will Receive Your Ticket

All Finals tickets will be distributed electronically by the PH Live Box Office.

• U.S. phone numbers: Tickets will be sent by text message

• International attendees: Tickets will be sent by email

  
  

The PH Live Box Office will be processing ticket selections on Saturday and Sunday, March 28-29. Once your ticket has been officially processed, you will receive a text or email with instructions to accept your ticket electronically.

If you do not receive your ticket by Sunday, March 29 at 4:00 PM, or if you have trouble accessing it, please let us know. The PH Live Box Office will also be open in the Planet Hollywood Mall starting at 4:00 PM on Sunday and can assist with printing a physical ticket or helping set up your Ticketmaster account if needed.

What If I Request Tickets and No Longer Want to Attend?

Please do not accept your tickets from Ticketmaster until you are sure you plan to attend.

If you are unable to come or change your mind, please let us know at the Event Help Desk or by emailing info@nfaausa.com. We can cancel your ticket assignment and offer that seat to another attendee.

Finals Venue Information

The Finals will take place at PH Live Theater, located inside the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino (accessible through the Miracle Mile Shops).

Venue Policies:

• ✘ No spotting scopes or large equipment

• ✘ No backpacks or large bags

• ✔ Small purses and bags are permitted
