The most anticipated night in archery is coming to a brand-new venue. For the first time ever, The Vegas Shoot Finals will take place at PH Live Theater at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. With seating for nearly 4,500 fans, this will be the biggest and most exciting finals in Vegas Shoot history.
Thanks to the generous support of Easton Foundations and the NFAA Foundation, tickets are completely free, but they must be claimed in advance. Here’s everything you need to know to secure your spot.

How to Get Tickets
Tickets will be available to claim online starting Saturday, March 8, 2025.
Early access will be emailed to Scavenger Hunt participants at 9:00 AM
Tickets will open to all registered archers at 12:00 PM, and a ticket claim link will be emailed to all registered archers at that time
Once you claim your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details. You will also be notified when your tickets are ready for pickup at The Vegas Shoot Help Desk at Horseshoe Las Vegas.
There are three ways to secure tickets, including opportunities to win VIP seating:
1. Participate in The Vegas Shoot Scavenger Hunt
Date: Friday, March 7, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Prizes: Over $5,000 in archery prizes from NFAA, Mathews, Easton, AAE, Feather Vision, Lancaster Archery, and STAN Releases
Completing the hunt gives participants a chance to win VIP seating or get priority ticket access

3. Ticket Access for Registered Archers
All registered archers will receive a ticket claim link via email on Saturday, March 8
This link allows registered archers to add guests
Additionally, event sponsors and vendors will receive a special ticket claim link for themselves and their staff.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay for tickets?
No, thanks to Easton Foundations and the NFAA Foundation, all tickets are completely free.
How do I know if I have secured a ticket?
Once you claim your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details. You will also be notified when your tickets are ready for pickup at the Horseshoe Help Desk.
Can I claim tickets for my family or friends?
Yes, the ticket claim link will allow for added guests. However, requests for three or more tickets will be processed after all registered archers have had a chance to claim their ticket(s).
What happens if I claim a ticket but cannot attend?
If you cannot attend, please return your tickets to the Horseshoe Help Desk, and they will be redistributed to other attendees.
What happens if tickets sell out?
If tickets sell out, a waitlist will be available for last-minute ticket availability. If your guests do not get a ticket right away, check back on event day for any open spots at the Help Desk.
What if I am not attending with a registered archer?
Stop by the Horseshoe Help Desk, and we can provide a link to request tickets.
Will concessions be available?
Yes, concessions and a bar will be open at PH Live Theater throughout the event.
