We’re all excited to explore the new space for The Vegas Shoot 2025 (March 5-9), but we know that with a new venue come new challenges in finding our way. To help you navigate, here’s everything you need to know about practice and bow storage at Horseshoe and Paris.

Practice Ranges
There will be four practice rooms available throughout the event—two for archers competing at Horseshoe and two more located at Paris.
The Horseshoe practice areas will be located in the Versailles Tower:
Normandy Ballroom (2nd floor): Reserved for Championship Division practice.
Provence Ballroom (3rd floor): Available for Junior Divisions competing at Horseshoe.
These two practice rooms will be open only during competition hours. After-hours practice should take place in Paris.
The Paris practice areas are located in the Champagne Ballroom and Versailles Ballroom, both open 24 hours.
The main practice area is available to anyone with a practice pass.
24-hour access, closing only from 11:59 PM – 3:00 AM for cleaning and reset.
Paris is perfect for after-hours practice or late-night fine-tuning.
Keep this in mind: During peak times, please keep warm-ups efficient, retrieve arrows quickly, and be mindful of others waiting to shoot. If you’re testing new equipment or practicing casually, try to use practice areas when lines are shorter.
All practice areas are run in partnership with Impact Archery! They work around the clock to keep practice ranges open—be sure to thank them for keeping this essential part of the event running smoothly!
Bow Storage
Bow storage will be available at both Horseshoe and Paris to make it easier for archers to transition between competition, practice, and their hotel rooms.
At Horseshoe, bow storage will be located in Palace Room 3, across from the Grand Ballroom entrance. Temporary storage areas* will also be available in Normandy and Provence during practice sessions
*Please note: These temporary storage areas won’t be monitored as closely as the official bow storage areas—please be mindful of your equipment.
The main Bow Storage in Paris is located in the Paris Ballroom, with regular storage hours.
The Overnight Bow Storage* is available in the Champagne Ballroom.
*Limited space—please reserve for archers who need to shoot overnight.
Final Reminders
Case your bow before placing it in bow storage to keep your equipment safe.
Turn your bow case on its side and place it on the table to minimize space and maximize storage for all competitors.
Plan extra time for practice and storage, especially during peak hours.
Be respectful of practice range flow to ensure everyone gets a chance to warm up.
With the new venue, there are multiple practice and bow storage areas. We appreciate your patience as everyone finds their way around. We’re looking forward to an incredible event—see you all soon!
