Status on the Upcoming 2021 Vegas Shoot

As we get ready to wrap up an interesting 2020, recent announcements from the state of Nevada have left a lot of uncertainty regarding 2021 events in Las Vegas.

Each week another large show or event is canceled across the country. Every time a new cancelation is announced, our calls and emails regarding the 2021 Vegas Shoot surge. We are so thankful for the continued support but understand your frustration with the lack of answers. We are also struggling with the uncertainty of what the new year will bring and what that means for the 2021 Vegas Shoot.

In October, the Governor's Office of Nevada released safety guidelines for all gatherings and events in the state. Our biggest obstacle, with the current restrictions, is the event attendee cap. The current guidelines limit 250 persons per room with an overall cap of 1,000 persons per event. Restrictions may continue to lift to match the hotel and restaurant caps of 50% capacity but there have been no updates in recent weeks. Current distancing restrictions will also affect the schedule and logistics of our 2021 event but we are prepared to adjust the event accordingly.

We will continue to monitor the event restrictions in the coming weeks. We are prepared to make a final decision by December 10 on how we will move forward. We thank you for your patience and look forward to resuming competitions!
