The Danish archer took the first of three special daily cash prizes at the Horseshoe casino after the first 30 arrows of shooting on Thursday.

Denmark's Stephan Hansen has won the $10k Championship shoot-off on Day 1 of the Vegas Shoot.
The prize is available to all archers in Championship categories who opt-in and shoot a 300 on any of the three days of Championship competition. (Not every archer who shoots a 300 opts in to the daily shoot-off). 79 archers were eligible for the prize on Day 1, including 11 women. The first arrow must be a standard X, but any subsequent arrows have to be inside out. The 29-year-old Hansen secured the prize on the third arrow. Hansen, the 2015 World Champion, said: "I really wanted to win this one... I've been close to it the last couple of years, and I knew I could do it, but you just need to get those few arrows perfect." "The second arrow was not that great, but the third was perfect. I feel like I already won this weekend!"
The Vegas Shoot resumes tomorrow with more qualification rounds in both Championship and Flights divisions, and another $10K shoot-off.
The Indoor World Series Finals medal matches will take place on Sunday. Check the schedule here for more information, and follow @TheVegasShoot on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for the latest updates.
